El Nou-Cents is a space for gastronomic creation and exploration of new flavours. We use the best products to make of each one of our dishes a unique sensory experience.

We have more than 30 years of culinary experience in Mataró, Barcelona and Catalonia.

New generations are pressing and we will transmit them our experience.

After 30 years supporting the products from our region, el Maresme, he is a devoted expert of our cuisine. Josep promoted the 1st Gastronomic Conference dedicated to mushrooms, which is still celebrated in Catalonia at present.
